Membership Checkout

I hereby represent and warrant that I am duly authorized and have the legal capacity to execute and deliver this agreement. I further represent and warrant that the execution and delivery of this agreement and the performance of the Dealership's obligations hereunder have been duly authorized binding both parties and enforceable in accordance with its terms. I hereby acknowledge and agree to the Terms of Service located at https://www.citytwist.com/terms/, and agree that this agreement shall be governed thereby. I hereby agree that by entering my credit card information above in the section titled Payment Information, that CityTwist may charge the credit card provided in accordance with the payment terms of this agreement. I further acknowledge that if CityTwist does not charge the credit card on the date stated herein, that such shall not act in any manner as a waiver of CityTwist's right to payment for services rendered. Customer may cancel at any time before next billing date.

Payment/Automatic Renewal
You agree to be charged at the time of subscription based on the type of plan you have selected. Your subscription will be renewed automatically and billed to your credit card at the beginning of each subscription period until you cancel the service. The monthly subscription plans are renewed on a month to month basis.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
You can cancel at any time by signing into your account and canceling your subscription. Upon notification of cancellation, CityTwist will immediately stop charging your credit card and no additional charges will occur. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the period already paid for.

IT IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO INITIATE THE REFUND/CANCELLATION REQUEST AND TO FOLLOW-UP IF IT IS NOT ACKNOWLEDGED.
